As is well known, proper breathing - one of the fundamental foundations of any combat, whether it is any application or any exotic system. There are many different methods and breathing techniques - before training, to complete the work and relieve fatigue after heavy physical exertion. There are breathing techniques that help relive stress and even relieve pain - in other words, these techniques are as diverse as the system of their practitioners.
A good film from the creators of interesting Kunf-Fu Project project will show you a few basic ways to perform breathing exercises. Part of them has a distinct power and aimed at mobilizing the body to stress or sparring; part of the exercise is aimed at total relaxation of the body and can serve as a good "hitch" for any workout.
